If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost within 7 working days.
We will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking to the same account. The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in 10 working days. This policy is only for customers in India.
